A Broadway Princess Party in London!

Make way! Here they come! Ring bells! Bang the drums! The Broadway Princess Party is coming to London! Oh, I've waited a long time for this. And it looks like I'm not the only one as these three princesses crashed Club 11's website this morning when tickets went on sale!

Yes, Broadway's original Jasmine is returning to the West End next year as Courtney Reed, Laura Osnes (Broadway's original Cinderella), Susan Egan (Broadway's original Belle and Hercules' Meg), and their Fairy Godfairy Benjamin Rauhala (musical director extraordinaire and king of medleys) are finally bringing their incredible Broadway Princess Party to London.

On Friday May 15th and Saturday May 16th next year, Broadway royalty will take over the Leicester Square Theatre for a concert filled with music and magic. This will be a party like no other, so make sure you head to Club 11 and get your tickets now.

I wonder who the guest prince will be? Here's hoping for a Matt and Courtney reunion!

Broadway Princess Party This Week! Courtney Returns in September!

Feels like it's been forever since I did a Broadway Princess Party post but Broadway's royalty have a packed schedule from now right through to next year as the Princesses travel the US to bring magic and joy to everyone.

This week Laura Osnes (Broadway's original Cinderella), Susan Egan (Broadway's original Belle), Christy Altomare (Broadway's original Anastasia), and Ariel Jacobs (Broadway's current Jasmine) are in Utah and California with their Fairy Godfairy Benjamin Rauhala.

Next month sees the return of Broadway's original Jasmine, Courtney Reed (and I have to say, thanks for letting Aladdin London borrow her, we've loved having her here these last few months!). And the Princesses return to New York in October for an extra special performance at 54 Below featuring Laura, Susan, and Courtney alongside Jodi Benson (the original Ariel), Aisha Jackson (standby Anna in Broadway's Frozen), and Krysta Rodriguez (Broadway's original Meg).

There's plenty more dates on their tour page, culminating in what's sure to be an extra special Disney Magic Cruise!

I'm going to keep wishing and maybe one day the Fairy Godfairy will bring the Princesses to the UK. I think London might have a spare magic lamp I can borrow after this weekend...

Broadway Princesses On Tour!

"I'm going to see the world, too"

That's what Jasmine said at the end of The Return of Jafar, and it's just what Broadway's original Jasmine is doing!

Yes, Courtney Reed is hitting the road with Susan Egan (Broadway's original Belle), Laura Osnes (Broadway's original Cinderella) and their Fairy Godfairy, Benjamin Rauhala, as they take the Broadway Princess Party on a US tour!

And they've launched a website!!

But that's not all! A guest Prince will be joining our royal heroines in every city, and first up is Courtney's Aladdin - Adam Jacobs!!

Adam will be joining the princesses in LA on 17th August at the Club Kraftland theatre (above That's from Disneyland) and in Minneapolis and Chicago as well!

Tickets are on sale now for LA, Minneapolis (18th August), Chicago (19th August) and Newark (15th September) and are coming soon for Overland Park (18th January), Lincoln (19th January) and Bellevue (26th January).

In their own words; "casual attire is permitted, but princess prizes will be awarded for the best cosplay costumes!"

And if you want a little teaser, here's Adam and Courtney, reunited at the last Princess Party, performing 'A Whole New World' together for the first time since they both finished their Aladdin runs earlier this year;

Some things you just never get tired of hearing. These two will always be my Aladdin and Jasmine.
